Download on another computer this file clickto download

From the control panel choose folder options, click on show hidden file and folder, and deselect hide protected operating

system files.

Extract the file and copy the three files on a floppy disk or a CD

Change the bios on YOUR computer to boot from the CD (or the floppy disk)

The computer will start, copy the three files in this directory C:\ 

Or in the directory where your system files are.
