Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator

To solve tis problem:

1-    Start  > Run

2-    Write this order Gpedit.msc

3-    Finde and do this:

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl+Alt+Del Options

4-    Then from the right and from Remove Task Manager make it Not Configured or Disable

5-    Then Start  à Run

6-    Write the order gpupdate /force

7-    Then enter wait a few second.
