If you see
that the command bar in the explorer is missing (it contain home, flux,
tools…), and you want to restore it do this:
Start >
Run > Regedit and follow this directory:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Policies
Microsoft
Internet Explorer
Toolbars
Restrictions
From the right create a new value
and name it NoCommandBar, give it the value 1 that’s all.
