How to take screenshots with VISTA

Sometimes we need to take screenshots; well this is possible with WINDOWS VISTA, to do this go to the snipping tool in WINDOWS VISTA this tool located here:

Start > Programs > Accessories > Snipping tool

After that you open the program click NEW and select the part which you want to take the shot, you can also take a shot for all the screen by clicking on the small arrow beside NEW, there are many other options in the snipping tool you can check hem, after taking the shot you can save it as PNG, JPEG, GIF, MHT (unique HTML).

How to show hidden components of windows VISTA

Sometimes you want to work with some components of windows but you can’t find them like RIP listener, and you don’t know how to show these component.

Today I’ll show the way to show the hidden component of windows vista, this is very easy, all what you need to do is to enter to the control panel choose Programs and features then click on turn windows features on or off wait few minutes, a small window will appear from it select the component you want and click OK

Show hidden files option is missin

Because of an error or a virus the option to show hidden file sometimes disappears like the image below:

  

To fix this problem follow these steps:

Start > Run > regedit, follow this directory

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

SOFTWARE\

Microsoft

Windows

CurrentVersion

Explorer

Advanced

Folder

Hidden

From the right double click on type and change the value data to group

And that’s all
