Error 0x0000007e after install SP3

To solve this error you have to enter in the SAFE MODE (restart the computer manually it will give you some choices between them there is the safe mode), then:

1-    Start > run >regedit

2-    Follow this directory:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

SYSTEM

CurrentControlSet

Services

Intelppm

3-    From the right change the key start to (4) (double click on start and change it)

4-    Restart your computer.

If this doesn’t work follow this directory:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

SYSTEM

CurrentControlSet

Services

Intelide

And change the key start from the right to (4)
