Fix the hard disk missing icon

       Show the hidden files (how to show the hidden files) 

        Open the disk which its icon is missing search for Autorun.inf

3     Delete it and restart the computer.

If that doesn’t work follow this directory:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

SOFTWARE

Microsoft

Windows

CurrentVersion

Explorer

DriveIcons

From the right delete drive.

And also delete drive from this directory:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

Applications

explorer.exe

Drives
